Blood Drive, Merrick Woman Tours Musical on Bullying
A look at what's happening in Merrick on Wednesday.
1. The Merrick Public Library in conjunction with New York Blood Center will host a blood drive today from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. All those who donate will receive a pair of Mets tickets.
2. Lyle Cogen of Merrick will be touring her one-woman musical, "Sticks and Stones, this fall. The musical helps children identify, respond to and prevent bullying behaviors. Read more about it at 10 a.m.
