Kennedy Students Win LI Business Plan Competition

John F. Kennedy High School students recently earned first place honors at the Long Island Virtual Enterprise Business Plan Competition.  

Under the guidance of business teacher Victoria Cardinale, team “Cupcake Break” presented their virtual business to a panel of over 30 regional judges made up of various venture capitalists, investment bankers and entrepreneurs.  

Team “Cupcake Break” wowed the judges, beating out all other Long Island competitors in the Virtual Enterprise Contest, and will go on to compete nationally.
