Christine Sampson, Neighbor

A 2002 graduate of Hofstra University's School of Communication, Christine is a freelance reporter and and former Newsday writer. A longtime resident of Levittown, Christine has written about issues including affordable housing, education and literacy, local businesses and sports, the arts, and family entertainment.

Journalism is just one of Christine's many passions. She enjoys teaching children at a local dance studio, enjoys musical theater and concerts, and is addicted to karaoke and her two golden retrievers. She loves to brew a good cup of coffee or take in an exotic cup of tea, the residual effects of her many days as a barista at a certain national chain of java joints. Oh, and never -- never -- disturb her when "Glee" is on TV.
