The Merrick Library's mission is to provide informational, educational and cultural resources to the community. The library offers more than 30 public access computers; teen, tween area and children's areas; and several rooms for quiet study. The library subscribes to a number of databases, which can be accessed remotely with a Merrick Library card through the library's Web site. A calendar of library events can be found here.
The library has two parking lots, providing approximately 50 parking spots. Additional parking is available on the street.
