I took one of Lily's zumba classes about a year ago with a friend who knew her. It was terrific - and I can't salsa very well! I was so excited when I received Lily's email that she was opening a studio this past January. I not only take her tone zumba class but began practicing yoga with her. I LOVE IT! It was been life changing for me. I have never looked forward to exercise before LaMystika. I'm up to 4 classes a week and if I win the lottery I'll be there every day!

I came to La mystika because i friend recommended it to me even though i dont live in town. i came there very nervous because i never took zumba before and i havent done yoga in years. right when i walked through the doors i was greeted with a very friendly energy. my nervousness went away right when i spoke to the owner. I took Zumba with Lily and she was unbelievable. The energy is perfect for the class and Lily used the right music. After Zumba i took her Yoga class and the environment changed drastically. It went from pumped to very spiritual which was perfect for Yoga. The energy and the owners of this studio are incredible and i recommend La Mystika to everyone!

I met Lilly 3 years ago and working with her has been a life changing experience. She is an incredibly gifted teacher, healer and coach who generously shares her loving energy with each person who enters her studio. Her remarkable passion and spirit is evident in everything she does. Taking classes at LaMystika is an experience which nurtures physical, emotional and spiritual growth. Just entering the peaceful studio I feel myself slowing down, breathing deeply and looking and listening inside myself. I have been a student of Lilly's for years, and am very excited that she has a new establishment. Lilly is not only an accomplished Zumba instructor, to say the least but she is an amazing yoga teacher. She takes her time in demonstrating the poses, as well as explaining the benefits behind them.
