Senator Charles J. Fuschillo, Jr., R-Merrick and Assemblyman David G. McDonough, R-North Merrick, recently attended the Merrick Fire Department’s annual installation ceremony.

Fuschillo and McDonough offered their congratulations and best wishes to the Department’s new Chief, Michael Gargen, Assistant Chief Christopher Clement and the rest of the incoming officers. Fuschillo and McDonough also thanked outgoing Chief T.J. Fernandez for his service.
Additionally, Fuschillo and McDonough thanked Robert Munson for his 25 years of service and Jeffrey Wortman and Carl Ferrentino for their 50 years of service to the Department and the Merrick community.
