Community Update

I was a long time customer of Tiffany cleaners, however I will never bring my clothes there again. In the past I experienced minor problems, like stains on ties that were not removed even though I was assured that the stains would come out. They have on occasion lost some of my shirts, and generally don't do a great job pressing the shirts. I continued to use them for one reason only, they are the cheapest cleaner in town. I have learned my lesson that cheap in the short term will probably cost you more in the long run. This week I picked up my clothes, one of the shirts had the little buttons that are for the collar missing. Not only were the buttons missing, there were holes from the thread. Apparently the buttons were pulled out, not by the normal method, but by literally pulling the collar to seperete it from the buttons. I went back to the cleaner, and showed them the shirt. All I asked for was a credit towards future cleaning as compensation. Sol, the owner went nuts, he was like a lunatic, impossible to reason with. I wasn't going to get worked up over a fifty dollar shirt-------- Goodbye Forever Tiffany Cleaners
