Registration for kindergarten for the North Merrick Union Free School District will take place on Tuesday, Jan. 22 and Wednesday, Jan. 23 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the gym at Harold D. Fayette Elementary School.
In order to be eligible, students must be 5 years old by Dec. 1, 2013. The district is asking that the original and one copy of the following documents be presented at the time of registration.
- Child's birth certificate
- Small photo of child
- Proof of residency (Owner: Tax Bill, Leaser: Rent Agreement and Landlord's Tax Bill)
- Parent's Driver's License
- Immunization Report
