2012 is the Year of the Dragon, as celebrated in the Chinese calendarMonday, January 23rd being New Year’s Day. Join Penn Hongthong who will demonstrate how to make simple and healthy Chinese cooking to celebrate the New Year. Included in her recipes will be chicken fried brown rice, stir-fry chicken with mushroom and snow peas and stir-fried chicken with black bean sauce.Recipes will be distributed to attendees. Join us for sample tastings
