The Bellmore-Merrick Central High School District announced that it has selected Caryn Blum, current principal of Merrick Avenue School, as the assistant superintendent for curriculum and instruction.
Blum will officially step into her new role on July 1. She will replace Richard Rozakis, who will be leaving the district to take on his new position as superintendent of Babylon Schools on the same day.
