Merrick Avenue School Crossings to be Discussed Wednesday

Community Leaders are hosting a panel discussion of the dangerous school crossings along Merrick Avenue in Merrick on Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. at the North Merrick Library.

North Merrick Library President Bill Pezzullo and North and Central Merrick Civic President Claudia Borecky will lead a panel discussion with Nassau County Legislators David Denenberg and Norma Gonsalves, North Merrick School Superintendent David Feller, Merrick Superintendent Dominick Palma and Nassau County Police Inspector Studdert to safeguard our children and crossing guards and help the safe flow of traffic at school crossings along Merrick Avenue.
