A car fire on the Meadowbrook Parkway between exits M5 and M6 has caused massive traffic back-up on the roadway.
Cars were spotted going over the grass to get off the parkway. Delays are expected until the roadway is cleared.
Motorists are encouraged to use alternative routes.
