Officers are going through a home an are investigating it as a "possible burglary."
Police units were dispatched to a Putnam Avenue home Friday to investigate a "possible burglary," according to detectives.
Cops from multiple precincts were spotted in front of a property on Putnam Avenue in Merrick, and neighbors were outside of their homes while officers searched.
It's unknown what items may have been taken or what time the alleged incident occurred, and the investigation is ongoing.
