A Merrick man in need of medication has been reported missing, according to a Silver Alert from the Nassau County Police Department.
George Kirkendoll, 47, is described as a black male, 5-foot-7, weighing 162 pounds. He has salt-and-pepper hair and brown eyes, and he speaks English.
He was last seen on July 19 at 12:55 a.m. wearing unknown clothing. Cops did not specify where he was last spotted.
The Silver Alert Program has been established in order to disseminate immediate information to local media, hospitals and other organizations when a senior citizen or other individuals suffering from Alzheimer’s disease, dementia or other cognitive disorders goes missing.
