Dina Lohan Sentenced in Northern State DWI

Lohan had a BAC of more than twice the legal limit when she was arrested last year.

Dina Lohan will perform community service, give up her license, and pay fines as part of her consequences for drunken driving in Oyster Bay last September, according to the Nassau County District Attorney's office.

Lohan, 51, of Merrick, was sentenced Tuesday to a conditional discharge, 100 hours of community service, a driver's license revocation, and will pay a $2,600 fine and $483 surcharge. She was also ordered to participate in a Drinking Driver Program and Victims Impact Panel and will have to install an interlock device in her car for a year.

The mother of actress Lindsay Lohan was pulled over on the Northern State Parkway for driving 77 miles per hour in a 55 mile per hour zone. Police suspected Lohan was intoxicated and arrested her after a breathalyzer test revealed she had a .20 BAC level, more than twice the legal limit.
