Crime Report: Boat Engine Stolen, DWI Arrest
The following arrest information was supplied by the Nassau County Police Department; it does not indicate a conviction.
- Sometime between April 22 and May 17 an unknown suspect(s) stole the engine out of a boat at the Blue Water Yacht Club.
- George Barrera, 37 of Bellmore was arrested on Sunrise Highway and charged with driving while intoxicated and three violations of the vehicle and traffic law.
- On May 21, a vehicle window was broken. The car was parked on Wesley Avenue in North Merrick.
