what you have is total disregard for the speed limit, and the younger generation who got their license over the summer, and have little or no experience. the juniors think they can drink, drive, and text, and nothing will happen to them, it always happens to the other person. the state police do a great job on the parkway, but they cant be everywhere. i would rather take longer to make a trip and take sunrise highway if i have too,,!!!!!!
