Nassau County Police are searching for a woman they say used a fake credit card and IDs to buy hundreds of dollars in CVS merchandise.
Cops said the woman pictured above went to CVS on Peninsula Boulevard in Hewlett and bought $800 of merchandise. She used a fraudulent credit card and had an out-of-state drivers license with someone else's picture, police said.
When an employee refused to take the fake credit card as payment, the subject fled the scene in a white Toyota sedan driven by an unknown accomplice. They headed down Mill Road toward Sunrise Highway, cops said.
The incident happened May 2 at 5:10 p.m., police said.
Detectives are asking anyone with information about the incident to call Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
