nagerous Telephone Pole Near Elementary School

I call your attention to the following URL of Merrick Patch regarding "Dangerous Broken Telephone Pole Near Elementary School".   http://merrick.patch.com/groups/around-town/p/dangerous-broken-telephone-pole-near-elementary-school

The broken utility pole in front of 125 Merrick Avenue remains broken as of this writing. It is now almost seven weeks since Hurricane Sandy and much of the storm damage has been dealt with, yet this broken pole continues to be ignored and it continues to deteriorate.

Communications have been made to LIPA, to Verizon, to Supervisor Kate Murray (tohsup@tohmail.org), to Mr. David Denenberg (ddenenberg@nassaucountyny.gov), to Councilwoman Angie Cullin (acullin@tohmail.org) and to The Public Service Commission, Office of Consumer Services.   All of these contacts have been to no avail.

Repair of this hazard is imperative. I call on each addressee of this memo to respond, this time to proper effect.
