Good day, Mr. Gerakaris.  

I am in receipt of your e-mail in which you write of being in touch with MTA P.D. Captain John Castagna regarding the problem of illegal MTA Police car parking at the Merrick Station of the LIRR.  

Today, January 23rd, there has been a change, but not a proper one. Please see the attached file.  

The subject vehicle, Car 587, has simply been moved from one illegal parking action to a different one, blocking one of the 15-Minute Only parking stalls for at least four hours, even with a vacant police parking stall right nearby.  

Again, I request your corrective attention to this matter.
