Our family mourns the loss of Charlotte Higgins, beloved mother of Bill, and grandmother of Ariel and Madison.
After being raised in Brooklyn, Charlotte resided in Staten Island and Queens before relocating to Merrick to be closer to her family and help raise her grandkids.
When she wasn't busy helping the girls with their homework or shuttling her granddaughters to M&T Dance and Merrick JCC, she was relaxing at MECA pool and making new friends in the neighborhood.
