Lohan Could Finish Rehab on East End

If the actress meets all the terms of her latest sentence, her probation in this case will be reinstated.

Two months after troubled actress Lindsay Lohan stuck her nose up at Westhampton's Seafield rehabilitation center, she has reportedly requested that she finish her rehabilitation stint there.

According to a report on Newsday [paid link], the former Merokean has gotten permission from a judge to transfer to Seafield in July for the last month of her required rehabilitation.

Lohan had initially been scheduled to serve her entire rehabilitation at Seafield, starting in May, but after she found out there was no smoking permitted at the location, she got on a plane back to California.

On May 3, she entered the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, Calif., but she later transferred to Cliffside Malibu, where she is now.

Lohan's required rehab comes after she dodged jail time after pleading no contest to reckless driving and lying to cops stemming from a crash on Pacific Coast Highway in Santa Monica on June 9, 2012 — she was heading to the set of her made-for-television movie "Liz & Dick," according to SantaMonica.Patch.com.

Santa Monica Patch further reported that Lohan also admitted to violating her "probation in an earlier Venice theft case, but a 180-day jail sentence for that violation was put on hold by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge James R. Dabney, who said if the actress meets all the terms of her latest sentence, her probation in that case will be reinstated and she won't serve any additional time behind bars."
