According to the report, Lohan allegedly knocked Mitchell off of her chair because she felt Mitchell was getting too close. Later on, Lohan allegedly accused Mitchell of taking photos and knocked a beer out of Mitchell's hand. Then, that's when Lohan allegedly punched Mitchell.

“Once again, Lindsay Lohan is a victim of someone trying to capture their 15 minutes of fame," Lohan's attorney Mark Heller said in a statement. "From my initial investigation, I am completely confident that the case will be resolved favorably and Lindsay Lohan will be totally exonerated.”
