McDONOUGH DISCUSSES CITIZENSHIP WITH LOCAL BOY SCOUT
Assemblyman Dave McDonough (R,C,I-Merrick) recently met with Anthony Clark, a member of Boy Scout Troop 96 in Wantagh, who is working toward his Eagle Scout. Clark and the assemblyman discussed citizenship and participation in the community.
“Citizenship is the privilege that comes from making a commitment to a state and community,” said McDonough. “Anthony clearly demonstrates a true understanding of what this means and the importance of community involvement. He has shown a tremendous amount of hard work and dedication during his time in the Boy Scouts program, and receiving his Eagle Scout badge will be a testament to his perseverance. I want to wish him the best of luck as he moves forward in this endeavor.”
