Denenberg Congratulates 2013 Good Deed Award Recipients

Nassau County Legislator Dave Denenberg (D-Merrick) attended the 20th Annual Good Deed Awards for Long Island Teenagers held at Beth Shalom Chabad in Mineola on Monday, April 29, 2013.  This year’s ceremony honored the 26 lives lost at the Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, CT.  The National Committee for the Furtherance of Jewish Education on Long Island (NCFJE) established the Good Deed Awards to reward Long Island teenagers for kindness and their pioneering activity in the dynamic of value and identity.
