It was a battle to the finish for the best catering in Merrick. Crave Deli and Ward's Deli had their fan base out in full force voting through the week.
Although Crave Deli garnered an impressive 407 votes, taking home 41 percent of the catering pie, the people of Merrick have spoken and when it comes to the best catering, there was one that stood above the rest.
In our vote to decide the best catering in town, residents cast their vote by 9 a.m. Friday, with Ward's Deli clocking in at 489 votes, 49 percent of those voting.
