Muscle Maker Grill is set to open in the former Robek's building at 2261 Merrick Road.
The franchise, which will be located next to The Vine-Wine Bar, was founded in 1995 by Rod Silva who had a goal of offering people a nutritious alternative to fast food restaurants.
The menu includes vegetarian, carb-free and gluten-free meals.
Muscle Maker Grill has locations New Jersey, Florida, Pennsylvania. Illinois , Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, California and Texas.
