Five New Businesses Set to Open in 2014
A look at new businesses coming to the Bellmore-Merrick community.
The Bellmore-Merrick community has gone through some changes in 2013, but some positive additions will be added in the New Year. Here are five new businesses set to open in Bellmore-Merrick in 2014:
5. Vanilla Sky: The clothing boutique, sells "high quality fashionable apparel" is set to open at 2205 Merrick Road.
4. Dessert City: The new business, which will cater to dessert lovers near and far, will open at 1848 Merrick Road.
3. Danny's Chinese Kitchen: Danny's Chinese Kitchen is set to open in the former La Pink building at 2370 Merrick Road.
2. For Goodness Steaks: The new kosher butcher shop will open in a building 2514 Merrick Road, which was once a deli.
1. Panera Bread: Long Island's first two-story Panera Bread is set to open on Merrick Road in Bellmore in the beginning of the New Year.
