**Both the scheduled event and the rain date have been canceled due to inclement weather.

OUTDOORS!! Give your grilling a boost-surprise your friends and family with something different before you retire your grill for the season. An old- fashioned fresh- off- the- grill cooking session, featuring Carole, of fame.

Bring your lawn chair and get ready for a fun-filled evening with Carole. She will provide the large grill and the super food selections for which her restaurant is noted.

Included in the evening's menu will be roasted corn salsa, smoked trout in endive, filled grilled portabello mushrooms, citrus grilled chicken with spicy tomato chutney and to top off this unusual evening, Carole will grill fresh fruit with a honey-lime basting. Tastings and recipes for all attendees.

In case of rain, the program will be held the following evening, Thursday, Sept. 30th.
