A Merrick man was arrested Sunday after he allegedly used a massaging device to touch a female victim's genital area during a chiropractic exam, police said.
According to detectives, Douglas Dukofsky, 43, was conducting a chiropractic exam on the 21-year-old victim at the Valley Stream Chiropractic Wellness Center Saturday, and he was using a massage device on her legs. Police said he "moved it across her genital area two times."

The victim's mother was also in the room and demanded he stop the exam. She left the office and notified police, and Dukofsky was arrested on Sunday at 11:55 p.m. at his Merrick residence.
Dukofsky has been charged with forcible touching, and his arraignment is scheduled for Monday at First District Court in Hempstead.
