A police car was involved in a multiple-car crash on the Meadowbrook State Parkway Monday night, although nobody was seriously injured, according to CBS New York.
Nassau County Police shut down the Meadowbrook heading southbound at the Southern State Parkway after the crash, which took place at 8:08 p.m. It's not known how many cars were involved, but icy conditions may have played a role, according to the report.
The Meadowbrook Parkway was reopened after 11 p.m. Monday, police added.
