Join us for a panel discussion for students and parents about these topics:
• Learning and employment opportunities after high school
• Benefits and entitlements for students with disabilities
• Role of a case worker/service coordinator
• Applying for SSI and Medicaid
• Adult services (Waiver Programs)
• Legal guardianship/Special Needs Trust
• Meet with representatives from service agencies and organizations
