A prowler was seen looking into the back window of a Merrick Woods home on 12/20 at approximately 4-4:30pm. The male was described as wearing a dark grey hoodie and jeans. Ethnicity and age were undetermined. When the prowler was spotted, he quickly ran off in the direction of the train station.
If you recall, the same situation occurred approximately 5 years ago in the same area of Merrick Woods. Eventually, police investigation and helicopters were called in.
