Nicole Donofrio Buccellato: Hmmmm.....probably when I was about 6 and I screamed and jumped up from my aunts dinner table because I found a small inchworm in my artichoke.

Debbie Castros Hamburg: My daughter celebrated her Bat Mitzvah the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving. The next day we had a bagel and lox and ice cream turkey. My kids rebelled and went to my friend for a traditional Thanksgiving dinner.

Sarina Garofalo: Lili, [my daughter], was seven months old on her first thanksgiving, and made a present in her diaper that no one was thankful for! In fact, we had to let the dining room air out before finishing dinner! Thanks Lil ;)

Neil OKeeffe: Me, my brother and father decided to prepare Thanksgiving dinner for the family, and give mom the day off. We thought everything went nice and smooth. We put everything on the table, and everyone sat down to eat. When my dad started to carve the turkey, it was at that point we realized it was still frozen solid in the middle! After the laughs and embarrassment, we decided to go out for Thanksgiving dinner that night!

Joann Moltzon Garcia: When I was 7 years old, we had dinner at my grandmothers. Our immediate family is 22 adults and 12 kids. Grandma was up at 4 a.m. preparing everything – turkey stuffing sweet potatoes all the good stuff!! At 1 p.m., the turkey came out offend oven and everything was almost ready. Grandma went to take a shower. When she came out all she heard was screaming. Her dog jumped on the table and started eating the turkey!! When my grandfather saw him, Timmie the dog dragged the bird off the table and started to run. To say the least, it was hysterical to see 12 kids and four adults chasing a 60 pound dog around the house to catch Thanksgiving dinner. All in all it was a great Thanksgiving that I will never forget even though we didn't eat turkey!!!
