Fire Commissioner Elections Set For Tuesday
Residents can vote on Tuesday until 9 p.m.
Fire commissioner elections will be held in North Merrick on Tuesday.
Oscar Thompson is running against Joseph Vicario for a 2-year term. Scott Sabel is running against Gregory Smith for a 1-year term. Incumbent Scott Rockwin is running uncontested for a 5-year term.
Voting will take place at the North Merrick Fire Department Headquarters at 2095 Camp Ave. from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.
