All Hands Volunteers To Speak At July SMCCA Meeting

The meeting was initially scheduled for Tuesday, June 25 but has been postponed until July 2.

The non-profit organization, All Hands Volunteers, will speak at the South Merrick Community Civic Association's meeting in July.

The meeting was initially scheduled for Tuesday, June 25 but has been postponed until July 2. 

All Hands Volunteers plan to start a rebuild program, which will start in Long Beach, in the coming weeks. 

The program will include installing subfloors and dry walls in homes, gutting houses with material damaged by flood waters and treating homes for mold.
 
All Hands Volunteers has setup Project Long Island; working closely with community-based organizations focused on helping homeowners recover from the natural disaster. 

The  South Merrick Community Civic Association meeting will take place at the Merrick Road Park Golf Course Clubhouse on on Tuesday, July 2 at 7 p.m.
