Irish Step Dancers Wow Veterans at Merrick American Legion BBQ

Long Island veterans recently gathered at the Merrick American Legion Post 1282 headquarters to watch a dazzling display of talent by dancers from the Hagen School of Irish Dance.
The American Legion's "BBQ for Vets" featured six of the top dancers, including Merokean Jessie Driscoll, from the school located in Long Beach.
The veterans, including one who lived through the attack at Pearl Harbor, were bused in from a Veterans Affairs hospital and local nursing homes.
